I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. HOWEVER, I disagree with the businesses 'explanation' as to why I received the 'floor sample'. At No time did I demand the mattress to be delivered with the bed, I didn't even know it was an issue. An upstanding bussiness would have informed me of this issue and allowed me to make the decision as to what mattress I wanted and if I wanted to look elsewhere and not simply pull a floor sample to retain a sell.Regards, [redacted] Revdex.com:

This letter is in response to your Complaint sent to us on November 30, 2015 concerning the Mattress purchased here by [redacted] on January 10, 2015, and delivered to her on January 30, 2015. We are, of course, very sorry that [redacted] is feeling deceived about her purchase with David's...

Furniture and appreciate the opportunity to explain. She wanted to purchase this [redacted] mattress, and have it delivered with her new bed, by the end of the month. This is when Debbie came to me and asked if we could let her have the new one off our floor, since we would not be able to meet her timeframe on a special order from the Mfg. This would have taken up to 8-10 weeks, which would not have met her needs. We keep all our beds covered in the store with top of bed coverings, which protects them at all times. We would never try to deceive her or anyone, to sell a mattress off the floor, as a matter of fact many customers purchase complete bedrooms and the bedding and have it delivered immediately, without incident Debbie R[redacted] has tried to reach [redacted] multiple times, leaving messages, and has not received a response. Therefore, we have not been able to help her with this misunderstanding. We would like to offer [redacted] a $300 refund on this purchase, as a good gesture and want her to know that we value her as a customer.Bill
