make a mistake when Mr. [redacted] originally contac[redacted] us to get this warranty work completed.  We filed his request in the wrong place internally in our office.  But we have since been in contact with Mr. [redacted], we have ordered the glass needed and we are just awaiting its arrival to schedule the installation of the new glass.
