I am rejecting this response because:
I just read the response of David's  Place and most of the things that he's saying are lies, throwing at my face the receipt he gave me on 2013, yelling at me,  his mean and rude attitude was the only help that I got from him. I went to him because I have problems with  the A/C compressor of my Honda CRV, the weather has been really hot lately and I really needed his help, trying to deal with  a person like him is hard because he doesn't try at least to find a way to help you out  in your needs, I got verbally abused by this person and when I asked for an appointment signed by him he didn't want to do it, so I told him that I was going to make a complaint and he said "I don't care and do whatever you want" . Wish I had never gone here, any attempt to talk with him is useless. I paid 1,170 for his work, now I want to validate the warranty he gave me,  on 2013. I would like to know when he's gonna be able to fix my car as soon as possible.  I want to get a firm appointment (day and hr).

return on Monday so that we could get the issue resolved and check out his AC compressor, he insisted that the warranty would be up by then and that he would not be able to have it fixed. When I looked up the warranty I saw that it actually ended July 18, 2015, not July July 4, 2015. The work was not done July 4th because of the holiday. The car was brought in on July 18, 2013, as seen on the work order, and was picked up July 21, 2013. He was insisting that it was July 4, 2013. I wanted to help this customer, but it was out of my means due to the holiday weekend, hence I asked him to come back in Monday July 7, 2015, since it would still have been under warranty, so I could take a look at everything and make sure it was just in fact the AC compressor was defective.Thank you,D[redacted] Davids Place European and Domestic Auto Repairs

Review: I went with the owner for these workshop , him is who fixing my 2003 Honda cr-v the day 7/3/2013 , change for a new AC CLUTCH COMPRESSOR needed validate my warranty from two years , the expired day is 7/4/2015 ,the guy don't want to check the part in these time is angry and yield me a lot times and talk me came back the Monday 7/6/2015 and possibly call with the manufactured but don't think they guys want to help me , I threw my receipt warranty and yelling me don't matter what I do , when I talk him ,I will make a report.Desired Settlement: I WOLD LIKED RESPECT THE WARRANTY AND CHANGE THE AC COMPRESSOR CLUTCH.
