Do not buy from here! I have owned the set I purchased from them a total of 4 months and these machines have been down totaling a month since I purchased them! I have spent $100 out of my own pocket (not including damages done to my house, due to flooding from the washer) because I couldn't get a call back after leaving many messages! Yes they offered to replace the washer (because after 3 visits still doesn't work) but I only purchased these because they were a set and I was told they were 2018's which in fact are 2009's! I asked for a refund because of the headache this whole ordeal has caused and I do not have the money to purchase new or I would have. I was also told they only repair or replace, but do not have equal value to replace and who knows how many more visits it would take to fix this machine. I will never buy from again or refer anyone this company! So if you want friendly faces but terrible business this is the place for you!!

Refund I would like my money back because when I purchased these I explained to her how skeptical I was of buying used appliances and explain to her that my house flooded in May with no flood insurance and spent the last of my money on these units that I can't even use, and I can't miss work for a repair man to come to my house every week .

Here at Davidson Appliance we have always stood by our service of quality work. We sell used appliances and with the purchase of our appliances, we give the consumer a sixty to ninety-day limited warranty to repair any issues that may occur with the appliance or give an exchange if the appliance is deemed non restorable. No refunds are given as stated and posted in our establishment.
Regarding the customers original complaint, that she was not given fair service for the Appliances that were purchased on 10/7/19. The customer called and requested service on the washing machine on 11/6/19 and a technician was sent out on 11/7/19 and replaced the drain pump, due to the appliance not draining correctly. The customer therefore called back on 12/23/19 and said that her dryer was not heating and would like to have this issue resolved. The owner answered the call and offered to come out that evening and she said that she did not want to deal with it at this time but would call back after the Holiday to reschedule.
On 2/5/20 we received a call from the customer saying that she had been trying to reach us and that her warranty had expired during this time. The costumer therefore told us that she had thought that the heating element was out on her dryer and decided to change her heating element, as well as the drain pump on her washing machine on her own during this time. She stated that her dryer was still not heating after changing the part. I apologized for any inconvenience and explained that since she had removed and placed parts on the machines, we could not be responsible for any damages incurred and that this voided any warranty.
In good standing we offered to come out and service the appliances at no charge. We arrived at the customers house and did a thorough check on her washing machine and found that a small part was missing in the drain pump that she had replaced, our tech explained that he would need to order the part and return the following day to install it. The part was installed the following day and the machine was checked with the customer present to see if it was running properly before leaving.
The customer called the following day and requested her money back on the appliances. We explained our policy of No Refunds, Repair or exchange only and offered to exchange the machine with another of equal style and value, but since this was not the exact brand she wanted, she refused.
We are a used appliance store and therefore may not always have the exact brand on hand. We feel that everything was done fairly. We stand by our service.
