I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
The amount is $214.00, as I have tried repeatedly to have this business pay and they have ignored me. Had they been willing to discuss this, none of this would be necessary but I cannot wait weeks in the hope they'd locate my keys and during that time render my vehicle unable to be locked or have the security features activated. I expect to receive payment of 214$, payable to [redacted], sent to:I remain skeptical given past practices, and that they are asking for an address even though multiple members of management already have my address.
