Our Office Manager then ran all three (3)applicants' credit and background checks, rental history, and two(2) of the applicants ([redacted] and [redacted]) did not meet the qualifications, as their credit scores were well below our minimum criteria. The Office Manager emailed the applicant's Real Estate Agent to let her know they were declined, and offered to send the applicants a copy of their credit reports; and the Agent responded via email, thanking us for our time and consideration, and requested that the credit reports be sent for their records.Our office received a call from [redacted] a day or two later, stating that she and [redacted] were not supposed to be considered "financially responsible," and only to be Occupants on the lease.
