I am a home owner , that has no choice but to use DPM because of a program I used to purchase a new home....DPM is unprofessional they avoid communicating with you after you bring a problem you have with them to there attentionInstead of apologizing and fixing the situation they choose to lie on the home owner to avoid admitting when they have wronged.They do not inform you when tenants move in or out of your home, they change the locks with out authorization , refuse to give you access then charge owner for changing the locks .They don't give you walk troughs after each tenant vacateWhen the property is vacant they leave the doors unlocked and all the lights turned on, and they want the owners to switch utilities services in home owner name when vacant until rented againIf the tenants deposit is not enough to cover all damages they expect the home owner to pay the difference.they under rented my property.with out notification send out expensive contractors for simple tasks

Davidson Property Management managed our property for 2 years. We ended the business arrangement and have been trying since July to get the management file and our funds returned from our contingency management funds which were not used. We've sent several emails and have not gotten a reply the last couple months.

This company charges too much in fees for what they provide. The marketed that they had qualified maintenance on staff that could troubleshoot and solve some maintenance issues thereby saving in maintenance charges. There were many instances where repairs were tenant caused negligent, non normal wear and tear, they wanted to bill to me. In one case they did and were supposed to credit back to our account which never happened. It seemed they worked more for the tenant than protect owner investment.

I would not suggest using them. We are out of state owners and dependent on email and phone communication. They have not answered emails the last couple months.

We moved out of the home in Fountain CO on April 30th, 2015. We were told at the time that we would be getting our deposit back but it could take 30 days. OK, so we waited...30 days passed my husband called and was told "Actually it can take 60 days." Well we have yet to receive any money back. My husband has called and emailed and the one time they responded they said we would only be getting back a mere $300 out of the $1700 they owe us. They charged us $500 for a repair fee among other bs like lawn care. We tried so hard to get the grass grow and was told it was dead due to the previous renters. Ok? So why are we being charged for it?? This company is a complete rip off. They know they owe us money and refuse to further communicate with us. They think the longer they ignore us, we'll just let it go. Sorry no. We are filing a complaint to make sure other renters do not get ripped off.
