They are the worst in the business. They are very greedy, unethical and bully renters. It was not disclosed that we had black mold throughout the Condo and was never repaired correctly in the two years living there. They placed a lock box on my door without permission while I was still living there. They are unprofessional to deal with and lack effective communication. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare and I dont wish it on anyone. Do your research before hiring Davidson. They need improvement in many areas including their approach and professionalism.
We moved out of the home in Fountain CO on April 30th, We were told at the time that we would be getting our deposit back but it could take daysOK, so we waiteddays passed my husband called and was told "Actually it can take days." Well we have yet to receive any money backMy husband has called and emailed and the one time they responded they said we would only be getting back a mere $out of the $they owe usThey charged us $for a repair fee among other bs like lawn careWe tried so hard to get the grass grow and was told it was dead due to the previous rentersOk? So why are we being charged for it?? This company is a complete rip offThey know they owe us money and refuse to further communicate with usThey think the longer they ignore us, we'll just let it goSorry noWe are filing a complaint to make sure other renters do not get ripped off
