DTT has always been there for me for the last 10 years since I started commercial driving. Their Knowledge and Service is exceptional and their staff are very friendly and accommodating.

My 2013 *** *** truck is still not repaired by Davidson T&T (DTT) despite three or four new additions to it and four tows since Mar. 13/17.
My business' *** SK Ltd) 2013 *** *** truck stalled in Alida, SK, Mar 13/17 and was towed by DTT to their garage. DTT stated they could fix it despite not being able to fix a different problem around Oct/16 and charging $1739.81. It then had to be repaired in Regina. They stated, "That's all we can do for you." I hope history is not repeating itself.

Since Mar 13/17 DTT has added three or four separate parts to the fuel system (fuel filter, fuel pump solenoid, fuel pump and condensation fuel filter). The condensation fuel filter might not be installed yet. None have repaired the stalling. It has stalled three times since Mar 13/17, requiring three more tows.

I asked DTT to consult with *** Regina when DDT stated it was a faulty fuel pump as *** Regina stated there are many checks to be done to identify a problem. *** Regina stated lately that only *** has specific software for troubleshooting diagnosis, which might indicate DTT was not certain about any of the repairs at any time.

I have also been requesting DTT to install a new wind shield and safety the truck so I can trade it in on a new truck. On Tues, May 23/17, DTT stated the fourth repair, the condensation fuel filter was the problem and it should be running by May 26/17.

DTT policy has been to phone when repairs are finished, but I have been almost calling weekly and visited May 19/17 and DTT seems to be cooperating, but they have not called since the condensation fuel filter was bypassed while waiting for a new one. *** Regina stated bypassing the condensation fuel filter and running on just the regular fuel filter is problematic.

I received an $8722.21 bill, dated Apr 13/17, from DTT for the fuel filter and pump, but it stalled again and required towing back to DTT before I was able to pay the bill. ***
