I am rejecting this response because: my car had no issues going in to the shop after I picked up vehicle on two occasion They towed it back my car is currently sitting dead no battery engine blownThey can not tell me they did not drive my car they replaced battery replaced brakes I know they drove the car them saying the bumper was the only damage is

Due to the damages to the vehicle being isolated to the rear bumper cover and the right rear wheel, we cannot make a connection to an issue with the engine While the vehicle was in our possession and at the time it was picked up the vehicle ran fine The engine did not have an issue
until after it left our possession
