I agreed to adhere to payment terms and was sent to collections three weeks following the last conversationThere was no refusal noted on my end and I too have noted several attempts to pay prior to being referred to collections

We offered to take back any items that were shipped in error, even offered a free call tag to ship them back to us - the customer refused to send them back to us We believe it was because he sold them, made money on them and then refused to pay his will with Davidson'sHe had problems paying
us in a timely fashion so our credit department turned him over to a collections agency.We have calls noted in his account since April 19th, - Over calls were made to Mr*** to resolve this issue without outside intervention but his refusal to adhere to payment terms resulted in his account being sent to collections.We followed all standard Davidson's protocol to collect on a debt, nothing outside business procedures I'm sorry that this happened, but it could have been resolved much easier when it started months ago We will have no more contact with Mr*** since the account has been turned over to our collections agency.Matt N***VP of SalesDavidson's Inc###-###-####

We received full payment from the customer for all outstanding obligations due Davidson’s on 8/25/and consider this matter closed. If the Revdex.com requires further documentation as was noted in the response from the Revdex.com we will be happy to do so. Please advise
