We received full payment from the customer for all outstanding obligations due Davidson’s on 8/25/16 and consider this matter closed.  If the Revdex.com requires further documentation as was noted in the response from the Revdex.com we will be happy to do so.  Please advise.

We offered to take back any items that were shipped in error, even offered a free call tag to ship them back to us - the customer refused to send them back to us.  We believe it was because he sold them, made money on them and then refused to pay his will with Davidson's. He had problems...

paying us in a timely fashion so our credit department turned him over to a collections agency.We have calls noted in his account since April 19th, 2016 - Over 30 calls were made to Mr. [redacted] to resolve this issue without outside intervention but his refusal to adhere to payment terms resulted in his account being sent to collections.We followed all standard Davidson's protocol to collect on a debt, nothing outside normal business procedures.  I'm sorry that this happened, but it could have been resolved much easier when it started 4 months ago.  We will have no more contact with Mr. [redacted] since the account has been turned over to our collections agency.Matt N[redacted]VP of SalesDavidson's Inc###-###-####

The Davidson's Gallery of Guns TV show boasts you can received your firearm in as little as 48 hrs after placing your order on-line ... so I figured realistically maybe 4 days ... but that was not the case, after calling Davidson's today I was told my firearm will allegedly arrive at the gun dealer/retailer I selected/designated this afternoon/evening - 7 days later ... 7! ... totally unsatisfactory ... it was 3 days before I even received e-mail notification my firearm being shipped (3 days for it to make it out the door) ... additionally, Davidson's does not provide tracking information when they ship your firearm ... as I mentioned, I called Davidson's today to inquire about the status of my order, let them know my displeasure about how long it was taking to receive my firearm, and to complain about the lack of tracking information ... I was told they no longer provide tracking information because a customer once used the tracking information to pick-up his/her firearm directly from the shipper's/carrier's facility himself/herself ... a felony, since I assume that person did not have a FFL and the required firearm sale/transfer paperwork was not completed (not to mention the balance due and taxes may not have even been paid either) ... it would seem as though the shipper/carrier should know better than to turnover a firearm to anyone other than the dealer/retailer designated/specified in/on the shipping documentation ... but be that as it may, this will be my first and last time purchasing a firearm through Davidson's (and the first and last time I will purchase a firearm through the local gun dealer/retailer I had my firearm shipped to).

In May of 2015, I ordered an over/under shotgun from Davidson’s Gallery of Guns. What came was the one I ordered, but I didn’t like the features. I called Davidson’s and told them I wanted to exchange the shotgun, and they told me to take it back to the store I purchased it from, and my replacement arrived the next day. Their prices are among the best in the industry.

This is truly a testament that they want to keep their customers satisfied. I’m definitely one of their satisfied customers, and will continue to purchase firearms from them in the future.

I agreed to adhere to payment terms and was sent to collections three weeks following the last conversation. There was no refusal noted on my end and I too have noted several attempts to pay prior to being referred to collections.

I Ordered a Gun on The 12th of March , Gun didn't ship until the 18th. No solution offered. Will not be at dealer until the 21st. Their website mentions to contact the Dealer if you haven't been called in 3 to 4 days I contacted Davidsons, and the Dealer no resolution offered just We can control shipping the dealer needs to release it for shipment. The Dealer claims otherwise. Neither Dealer or Davidson's offered anything to resolve.
