Well this use to be my favorite store as a frequent steeper. Now with the Pandemic and most of your stores closing in the United States. Your tea baristas are rude, incompetent and do not provide me any customer service online nor reply or respond to any of my emails. I don't even feel like giving them my business anymore and am searching else where 4 tea. Enjoyed your tea until u did this frequent steeper wrong!

I purchased 2 Nordic mugs ($9.50 X2)and variety 20 tea pack ($15.00) that was on sale on Dec. 31, 2019 at the Richmond Centre Store (***). I went to return them today Jan. 3rd, 2019 as was told they were a final sale by Nisha and Carissa. I had not been told this when I purchased them. If I had known I would not have bought them. I just checked the bill for the tea and it was not sold to me at a sale price
When I asked for the manager they said they were not there. The clerks were not helpful and just stood there. No where in the store did it say items were a final sale nor did the original clerk ID # *** say they were a final sale. They only thing that says final sale is at the very bottom of the bill which I did not see until I was writing this complaint. .It should say final sale by the items in list and the clerk should have been trained to let people know it was a final sale.
I have not been a davids tea fan before and this does not help. I just want the items returned my money back and then I do not want anything to do with your company

Hello,

While we do understand the customer's point of view, legally we do not have to stipulate verbally that the item is final sale, as long as it is

indicated on the receipt, however ethically speaking it is good customer service to state this verbally.

Due to this, we would like to authorize a refund in store for the two items.

Are the satchels micro-plastic free? The tea is great I'm using it loose-leaf for right now.

Hello Aaron! We’re happy to hear you’re enjoying our blends! You can also enjoy the same premium loose leaf selection in our sachet format. At DAVIDsTEA we have two sachet options: DAVIDsTEA Sachets, which are made with a plant-based biodegradable mesh (made from Soilon) and come prefilled with tea inside them, and DAVIDsTEA Filters, which are made of 100% hemp and can be filled with any loose leaf tea. There are no plastics in the make-up of our tea sachet offering. Happy Steeping!

I purchased a White Lock Top Travel Mug while on sale. The lid of the mug broke into pieces 4 months after purchasing. I contacted Customer Service and Sabrina emailed me back. The are going to send me a gift card for the sale price and refuse to send me a new mug. Basically I have to spend additional money to replace their crappy mug. There are many other loose leaf tea companies. Time to say goodbye DavidsTea

Sana from David's Tea reached out last night and delivered fantastic customer service. Not only is my mug being replaced I also get a bag of tea of my choice. I am really happy that Sana contacted me. I have a cupboard full of David's Tea and their products and am always happy with my purchases. I am glad we can continue doing business together. Thank you David's Tea for correcting my problem and for the great customer service int he end :)

I ordered from this company and three weeks had passed.
My tracking number told me the package was stopped.
I had reached out to David's Tea customer service e-mail three times, no answer.
I had called multiple time only for the line to give me a busy line and hang up.
I have even attempted to reach out on Twitter to see if I could get a response and nothing.
At this point I would just prefer a refund but I cannot get through to this company, and I feel scammed.
