On May 12th, Davie Landscaping and Design began a big back yard project that per contract would take daysAs of today, June 21st, the project and contract have yet to be fulfilled! What began as a beautiful, creative job has appeared at this point to end on a sour note and breach of contract! Davie's crew completed a large portion of the work through out the first month then when we asked for a little more sod and we also added two post to be installed for a hammock, things seemed to slow down! Davie wrote up a second contract for the sod and post and we paid Davie in full at this timeUnfortunately this is also when the work and Davie became out of touch and less concerned about completing the project! Davie made multiple promises for an arbor and wishing well that he had planned to finish out the project....he would describe the arbor to us as he appeared to be excited to go to the woods and use dead trees to make it a log cabin type of feel! The sprinkler system in which Davie installed seemed to be more than he could handle and took weeks to completeAs of today, we have now had to pay for another landscaper to come in and correct the problems with the poorly installed systemDavie appears to take on more than he can handle and our last conversation with Davie ended with him stating "I was only going to do the arbor and wishing well as a favor." He has now backed out of completing the arbor and wishing well in which he promised over and over againWe have not heard from Davie on a planned to installed the already paid for post that were a part of the second contract! We are also out of more money again due to the poorly installed sprinkler system! It's truly a shame how Davie treats his paying customers! I could never in good conscience recommend someone who has no problem breaching contracts, going back on verbal promises and who lacks in the true customer service! It's unfortunate what could of been such a beautiful projects has now turned into a terrible experience! We are out money, an unfulfilled contract and loss of respect for Davie Landscaping and Design!

We hired Davie Landscape & Design to help us clean up our front and backyardWe asked for him to quote us on adding some granite and plants to help make the maintenance a lot easier throughout the yearDave came two times to get an idea of what we wanted and he quoted us the same price both timesNever did he say it we were asking for more than what his quote was, and he assured quality workThe job he "completed" consisted of the wrong rock, which was more expensive than what we asked for, and a total of plants that were more than $50/each- which he requested more money forHe did not complete the entire job; leaving the flower beds we asked to be included bare and unfinishedThe clearing of the work he did in the front yard also looked very sloppyAlthough we were disappointed with the job, we were more disappointed with the Dave's reaction when we asked to meet about it to see how we could finish the jobHe refused to meet with us and demanded his check the next day
