I was beyond disappointed by the quality of work doneI had new engineered hardwood bamboo floors installed, and was left with gaps along the quarter round, protruding nails ALL along the edges, and boards that were not all nailed in which created bucklingIn an attempt to fix the boards that were not nailed down and had buckled, he nailed directly through the middle of the plankThere was a structural beam under the front door that was rotting and was supposed to be replaced along with the front doorAfter climbing under the house into the crawl space, it was evident that the rotting beam was never replaced, and our front door does not even close without locking the deadboltBroken wood pieced back together by caulk or glue for new window frames, the doorbell was broken or not hooked back up correctly, and I asked for new vinyl windows with an almond color exterior to match the rest of our house, but instead he ordered white, and stated that the almond were much more expensive so he went with the white onesmy list goes onit was a very expensive job for very shoddy work that took twice as long to get done than what was originally scheduled
