[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] I am rejecting the response because I took my car to their garage twice in different occasions to have two different Osensors replaced I have receipts proving that I had purchased them under Davie's garage name and the second Osensor taken to the garage to be replaced was the downflow Osensor in which I recently had to repurchase and have replaced m I also have the downflow Osensor that my new mechanic took off the car which proved it was never changed at Davie's as requested and paid for part in which they kept and labor charges they charged me in cashThe part my new mechanic took off of my car was still the original [redacted] part and I kept it to prove he never changed it and also that's why my check engine light never came of till I had it replaced recently by my new mechanic
