[redacted] tried to contact owner and left a message. We are refunding the 50.00. We do not feel that our doctor did anything wrong but [redacted] is not the one that did the exam and was not in the room so we don't know what actually happened. We do know that our Vet tech did the...
initial exam and took a lot of information and gave to the doctor before the doctor entered the exam room. We also feel that the client should not have waited until after her second visit which was 3 weeks later before mentioning that she wanted her money back.
