I am rejecting the response because I took my car to their garage twice in different occasions to have two different O2 sensors replaced.  I have receipts proving that I had purchased them under Davie's garage name and the second O2 sensor taken to the garage to be replaced was the downflow O2 sensor in which I recently had to repurchase and have replaced m I also have the downflow O2 sensor that my new mechanic took off the car which proved it was never changed at Davie's as requested and paid for part in which they kept and labor charges they charged me in cash. The part my new mechanic took off of my car was still the original [redacted] part and I kept it to prove he never changed it and also that's why my check engine light never came of till I had it replaced recently by my new mechanic.

Was an O2 sensor and the piece was incorrect in the complaint because I forgot I got the garage discount of $5.00. The full purchase price was $99.00.

Review: I went in to Davies in August 2013 for [redacted] Davies Jr. to change an O2 sensor on my [redacted]. When I returned to pick it up he stated that if the check engine light does not go off automatically come back and have it checked. The light did not go off and I returned 2 times in which him and his father [redacted] Davies Sr. Started everything looked good and it would turn off. It never did and I had someone else take a look at it and they found out he never changed my part. .. which costed me $105.00 FOR the part and $100 FOR the labor at his garage. I since had the part changed and have the original one with me. I had to pay someone else for the work again. I am mortified that he practices his business this way. He is a thief and I want the world to know and I want my money back. Add I stated, I have the piece that was changed and it is the original [redacted] part that the new mechanic removed which goes to prove he, [redacted] Jr. Never changed it and style my money.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my purchase price for my part and money for services not rendered immediately.
