was a miss understanding on our billing cycle. The billing cycle runs from the
18th of the month until the 17th of the next mo. The [redacted] had a...
delivery on 5/20/14 and 6/17/14 both falling in our 6/18 billing
period making the bill higher than normal. We explained the delivery dates and
billing date and that 7/18/14 billing would be much lower and they have paid the
bill.
