Review: I have a car accident on 9/**/2013 when my car is park in the street. The polices call [redacted] auto body shop & towing service to tow one of cars from accident. A guy from [redacted] nicely tells me that he can repair my car by using toyota dealer parts and everything will be cover. However, Davinci tow &collision Inc. is the one repair my car. But, my car is holding at [redacted] auto repair & body work for 3 months without completing a repair. Davinci body shop forge my signature on a $ 10211.30 check which is deposit on 10/**/2013. [redacted] does not pay me $ 2500 for car rental which he promise me. [redacted] does not let me look on my car, does not give me a writing paper which showing the date car will be done. and does not want to save damaged parts which take out from car when I request to. Also, [redacted] supposes to replace my parts under Geico's estimate invoice but, he repair my part instead of replace it.

Conclusion:

1. MY car was towed by [redacted] auto body shop with towing service( [redacted] also has second business address: [redacted] according to DMV and has Third business address: [redacted] according to the Police)

2. The auto shop which fixed my car is Davinci tow & collision Inc

3. BUT my car is in the Garage named [redacted] Auto repair & body work Inc.

4. Forge my signautre on $10211.30 check

5. Holding my car for 3 months (unreasonable delay in completinga repair)

6. Repair my parts instead of replace it. (improper repair)

7. Doesnt save damaged parts when I request. (he failure to honor an advanced request to return the parts)

ALL three auto shops are using the same address and the same phone number and running by same person [redacted]. According to DMV and DCA, they are NOT registered, NO License and they SHOULD NOT be operating.Desired Settlement: I want body shop to release my car and return the money and I will tow my car to one of Geico authorize auto shop to fix it. I will pay for whatever works they had done to my car under Geico;s estimate invoice with the returned money. however, body shop still need to pay me back the car rental fee as they promised. they also need to pay any other damageds they did to my car while working on my car and damages they did without me and geico authorization if there is any. If my desired outcome can not be achieve, at least :

1. I want body shop to finish fixing my car before the end of 2013.

2. I want body shop to replace all the damaged parts under geico's estimate invoice

3. I want body shop to save all the damaged parts which take down from my car as I request in the beginning.

4. I want body shop to pay back the car rental fee as they promise.

5. I want body shop to pay me any other damages(the repairs resulted in additional damage) they did to my car while working on my car and damages they did without me and geico authorization if there is any.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Davinci Tow And Collision regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I did get my car back on 1/**/14 because of detector [redacted] from DA went to shop and talked to [redacted]. However, shop did very bad jobs on my car: finger print on the paint, taillight doesn't fit right, rear bumper doesn't fit right, fuel door doesn't fit right, power liftgate doesn't work, rims are not paint, Left rear rim's center cap is damaged, alot of plastic cover from the trunk are damaged and missed, doesn't replace my liftgate, both headlights, front bumer, and rear body panel ...etc even the parts that replace are aftermarket which is not under geico's estimate invoice. the whole car are dirty. ..... And no matter what, I will not bring my car back to this shop to fix.
