Bob D*** is outstanding I first used him when I bought my house four years ago He replaced my a/c system last year and recently fixed a blockage that I had in the vent He always replies immediately (call back within an hour or two) He is incredibly good at working with your schedule He is honest and gives fair prices for his work and parts I recommend him to everyone He has worked on my parents house as well and they have nothing but good things to say about him He is such a rarity in this day of people that are just out to make money This is true small town customer service I will never use anyone else

I called Bob Davis to schedule a technician visit right after [redacted] referral that ranked him and the company as number 1 in customer satisfaction, with no complaint in its history. In the phone, I could sense his downright honesty as he explained the policy/procedure of their services. He sent Nike (he said the name is as unique as mine) who did the services within half an hour installing the heat relay and double checking that all is in order. For the very fair price, Nike's courteous skillful & honest service, and Bob's above board handling of my issue, this company has earned my trust and I am not going anywhere else. I immediately canceled the appointment I had with a previous contractor whose technician charged an exorbitant price for the service that was not done so well. I am so grateful to Bob for sending Nike this morning. Excellent job& great price !
