Mrs *** .......I will apologize again for the misunderstanding of a quote you had with a different contractor than us The contract you signed with us before any work began stated what the what would be done in detailThe removal of the vanity was not in the contract to be removed
Yes, you were told noAs we could not preform work that was not listed on the contract. The installers did leave your property after they were cursed at and cursed out by you for not disregarding the contract and preforming work that was not listed on the contract. I am happy that I could assist another contractor in getting your job completed for you in a timely matter!!!

Terrible experience....ZERO customer service.
No concern about doing a quality job, just getting it done (poorly at that) and getting paid.
Would not recommend at all!
