Review: I dropped my car off at Davis Automotives on feb. 9th. With the intentions of getting my transmission computer gasket, the clock spring in my steering wheel and my AC/Heater switch fixed. first he asked for one hundred and sixty dollars for the parts. So I gave him the money, but he did not give me a receipt when I asked for one. He kept my car for two weeks and charged me another three hundred dollars. When the car got back in my possession I revealed that nothing was fixed on the car. He simply put the horn relay switch back in it, but when the horn relay is in the horn constantly goes off. the switch for the heat and air only works on the floor board and defrost. (which that is how it was before I took it to him, same as the horn) I contacted him that following Monday after I got my car which was March 2nd and he told me he had another part for the steering wheel and he would put it on that following Saturday and for me to call him Friday to let him know I was in his area. I called him Friday to verify the meeting for Saturday and he said call me Saturday morning around 8 AM and I will tell you what time to be at the shop. I called his phone multiple times between 8 and 2. He did not answer my phone call what so ever. He took $460 of my hard earned money and ran with it.Desired Settlement: I would like for the money to be given back to me considering the fact that I paid a lot of money to get my car worked on and nothing was fixed in the two week time frame that he had my vehicle. The total is $460 but on the receipt that was given to me only shows $450.
