this company is owned by walmart and are rude and do not do there jobthey don invesagtae issuses and they dont call bacll and they yell at youthen they said I is not your fault but you hit the pallet so it really is your fault and when you say your goind to hire a lawyer they say you threathen tehmthey r jokes

10/19/while in my local Walmart a display of boxes collapsed some feet away from me striking me in the arm and handWhile bleeding and bruised I filed an incident report and I was told I would receive a call from a Walmart manager the following day to check on how I was doing and then CMI within 7-days after they completed a full investigationAfter days and still not hearing from anyone I called my local Walmart back and was given the run aroundSo I called Walmart's Corporate office and they assured me CMI would call me as soon as possibleAfter missing CMI's call twice and then setting up a time of 2pm on a Wednesday to give my statement.(Statement? I was told I would hear from CMI after they completed an investigation?) I didn't receive the call until 2:45pm and by then I was unavailableEverytime I call back I get voice mail and leave a message AGAINIn the past two months I have received two letters from CMIFirst one saying they would like to speak with meAnd the second dated 12/14/said if they didn't hear from me within days of the date on the letter my case would be closedI have called every single day after receiving that letter and left message after messageI have left [redacted] 17+ voice mail messages which I have documented and recorded and not one returnedI have called Walmart's Corporate Office twice now and they profusely apologized and gave me a supervisors number to call and then the "supervisor's supervisors" number to callNeither [redacted] nor [redacted] have returned my calls eitherGood Customer Service Walmart and CMI! Like it never even happened

On 11/30/I received damage to the front bumper of my SUV while driving through Wal-Mart parking lot in Perry, GA Shopping carts were scattered all over the lot that day I informed the customer service rep who suggested I speak with a manager Assistant manager MsSasked that I contact another manager the next morning The next day I was asked to come into the store to file a claim and that someone from CMI would contact me within four days The same Wal-Mart manager MsStook photos of the damage to my car and assisted me with filling out the claims form 12/4/I received a call from Kelly Pwith CMI I was unavailable to receive her call that day but she left me a voicemail with her contact info I called the same day but she had already departed for the day (it was Sunday) Monday 12/5/I received a call from Kelly Pwho was very helpful and provided me with two options (1) check for the damage or (2) obtain an estimate for the damage and fax to herI opted for option and received my check on 12/9/ I didn't know what to expect during the entire process but my experience was fast and everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful...especially Kelly Pfrom CMI She returned every call in a timely manner and was always very courteous Thank you CMI for your quick response to my claim and Kelly Pfor being a consummate professional!

On May 13,2016 I was sitting in Sam's parking lot waiting on a family member. One of Sam's buggy employees were removing the buggies from the buggy cart outside and the wind was blowing very strong that day. One of the loose buggies got away from the employee and slammed into my 2014 car and put a baseball size dent and a scratch to bare metal. Instead of the employee running to try to get the buggy he stood there and watched it slam into my car. It wasn't until after I get out of my car until he decides to come toward my car and then proceeds to ask if I would like to speak to the manager. HELLO! Yes I would.. The manager however, was very quick and professional. My problem and complaint is with cmiw! Multiple calls and emails. I have a lawyer friend that I had to go ahead and write up some paperwork and waiting on me to sign if needed. It wasn't until AFTER I called and emailed the message to cmiw that if I didn't hear back within a certain time period I would be visiting my lawyer friend to sign those papers. Needless to say I was called and emailed back within 15 min. I was asked if I had sent in an estimate which at the time I had not due to waiting on cmiw to tell me what I needed to do. They told me to send my estimate which I did and was told I would be receiving a check that would be mailed on Tuesday May 31, 2016. I told the [redacted] to please send me confirmation when it was mailed. I have yet to hear back from him. I have sent multiple emails to him asking if it has been mailed and still as of today June 3,2016 have not heard back. I will wait my 5-7 days like he said would take to get my check but I very seriously doubt I will at this point. Heck I got mail all the way from CA. to MS in 1 day being shipped 1st class, so why would it take 5-7 days from AR or KY to Ms. ????

My mother passed away on February 22, My year old father attempted to return some of the items he had purchased faithfully every Monday for my mother's care (bed pads and adult diapers) and Wal-Mart refused to accept them None of the packages were EVER opened

My initial incident occurred at a Walmart Tire & Lube centerA simple tire change turned into a nightmare when the technician failed to open a garage door fully, and rammed my fiberglass high top into the garage doorThe impact cracked the roof top vent, broke my rooftop a/c / heater shell, and damaged the seals on the side windows of the fiberglass high top The damages result in a vehicle that is exposed to weatherI live in Oregon, for those of you who don't know it rains here
A LOTwith more rain on the radar, I'm writing this in attempt to save not only me, but also CMI from having to deal with a bigger headache; which is water damage, and mold that can occur after it sets in
My incident occurred on 6/20/, It took CMI days to get a hold of me, on the 23rd I received minute phone call only to tell me that I would need to have quotes done in order to proceed with the claims processIt would have been extremely helpful to know this as soon as I left Walmart
On 6/I went and had a quote done, and faxed it in shortly after receiving it I also called to touch base on how the claims process is goingWhat do I get? A warm sounding voicemail every time, without a call backThanks Claims Management Industries for your stellar service

If my vehicle takes on water damage due to your companies, and partners companies negligence of customer service I'd like to assume that you'll be covering the added cost of repair

On sat oct hade a oil change on a ecargo van done at walmart in lenoir city tn
B I got it home lost all oul in my van.this is a diesel motor it stopped timesGot it home found they pinched the gasket +crossed the threads on the engine.they said to take it to the dealer to determine the damage.so far over thats just the turbo and injectors .this will be wks this sat I have been out of work.van is my work and to top it off they wont even rent me a van.I need answers

Took my BMW Z4M to Walmart for some tires and upon installation realized that Walmart damaged my wheelsI took before pictures just in case, so I have that for proofManager on duty filed claim with Claims Management IncorporatedI thought it was an easy let's get you taken care of type of deal but boy was I wrong
On July 11th, while my car is in the shop getting new brakes, I receive a call from *** *** and she explains to me that she is going to be the one handling my caseShe emails me asking for pictures of the damage (Even though the manager at Walmart had already taken some)She emailed me on July 11th 4:44PM, to which I responded on July 11th 5:18PM with pictures of the damage
On July 14th, I hadn't heard anything from *** so I emailed her at 12:05PM informing her that she had been silent, and that I hadn't received even a case number and that I would like to get everything resolved as soon as possible
No reply from *** At this point, I decided to start calling, to which *** doesn't ever answer her phoneI have been calling since and *** has not answered
On August 2nd, at 11:16AM, I received a call from *** to which I asked her to speak with her supervisorBefore I could ask another question she transferred me over, but guess what? No answer, so the call got disconnected
Upon trying to call Ms*** back multiple times (I called about times that day) I received no answer
It wasn't until I was able to speak with an operator that I got my claim # (This was August 2nd)The operator was able to give me information on *** supervisor, *** *** and his supervisor *** *** The operator has been the most helpful in this case since she has given me more information than anyone else at this company
It is August 5th, and I am still trying to get in contact with *** ***, or ***, it's been a month and NOTHING has been done to remedy the incompetence of the Walmart employees who mounted the NEW tires I bought and damaged my wheels

After my car was damaged by shopping carts at Walmart and filing an accident report with the store manager, I was told that someone would be calling me about the damage After weeks, no one had contacted me We were able to find out the claim number and obtained a phone number for CMI from the Walmart store After leaving several messages, my phone calls were still not returned I called the corporate Walmart office and obtained names and extension numbers for two additional CMI representatives After leaving messages with those CMI reps, my phone calls were still not returned I faxed and mailed an estimate for repairing the damage to my car to CMI also along with my contact info Still no word from CMI Only today, 1/months later, after calling another CMI number and threatening to file a report with the Revdex.com, the original CMI rep called me to inform me that they will not cover the damage to my car, claiming it was not the fault of the store, claiming the cart corral was not running over with carts Also, claiming he did not have my contact information Even disregarding the fact that they will not cover the damage to my car, in my experience, this company was unprofessional and incompetent in not returning my calls or communicating about this claim until threatened to be reported to the Revdex.com!

This business is absolutely ridiculous! My daughters incident happened on May 20, at the WalMart in West Plains, MO I sent requested Dr bills, pharmacy receipts, etcThe person handling ( I use that term loosely) never responds to emails, returns phone callsWhenever I call to get a status update, I get his voicemailCalled him yesterday and once again, got the voicemailI left a very polite message to please return my call and still haven't heard backMy husband contacted an attorney today for this matterI did not want to have to do this, but due to the inability of the person handling this matter, I believe this will get this matter resolved sooner rather than later

Wal-Mart broke the stud while changing the tire on my HondaHonda repair said they will fix it for $750+ so Walmart told me to go to a local shopI had to wait like weeks to save up $to get it fixedI gave the receipt to the Walmart store then this happened:

After filling a claim via Wal-Mart auto care in South Zanesville, Ohio of a Friday morning; I set here the following Wednesday TrucklessI was told I would get a call in to hoursThat has yet to happenOn top of that I have called CMI directly and can not get a phone call returned

He was very rude right off and told me he had to do an investigation. After a week he called me and left a voicemail, I called back and no answer, I left a message, never returned my call. One week later he answered his phone and once again he was very rude and told me I needed to provide proof of the damage to my car by Walmart, which is what he said the investigation was for. I was so upset with the way he was talking to me I asked for his supervisor's name and number but he doesn't answer either.

worst customer service ever, this company is a skam

Walmart damaged my car to the tune of $993.00. Cmi were to offer a settlement but have not taken my calls or returned them. I phoned twice day of r3 weeks.

I think it is time for me to take serious action.
