I am rejecting this response because: The clerk working in the cleaners offered to call  a manager since I said it would be inconvenient to drive the long distance downtown to show them the damage that they caused. The manager spoke to me in a condescending tone as she offered no resolution except that they "have been in business for 40 years and do good work." When I told her she was handling this in an unprofessional way she told me that was the end of our conversation. We both hung up.
