[Your Answer Here]
I will reiterate that my *** rules do not reflect what the business is stating nor was I ever told that I would have to pay for a full set after weeks

I am the owner and operator of Nana-Bella Beauty LoungeI Started this business a little over a year ago to support myself and year old daughterNana Bella's *** prices are set to attract new business and promote Nana-BellaThere are little to no profits in them. With that being
stated, *** *** *** purchases a package via *** for a set of full lashes with refillsA set of full lashes consist of me filling in fully both of the client's eye lashes with cosmetic lashesThe process is very tedious and time consumingThough I try to use the most lasting and effective products in my industry, the cosmetic lashes fall out naturally over a period of timeAlso the rate of fall out can be increased by the clients activity levelWith this knowledge, I offer a refill appointments as part of my services at a portion of the full set priceThe refill appointment is to touch up the areas have fallen out over time from the full set applicationIn order to keep time constrains on the refill set; all refill sets must be applied within weeks of pervious lash serviceI explain this to all of my clientsThis information is also listed on my website where my clients book their appointments. *** *** *** booked and came in for her full set of lashes appointment on July *, She then returned on July **, for her first refill appointmentApon exiting that appointment she booked her final refill appoint for the *** she had purchasedThe appointment was set for August *, *** *** *** canceled her August *, appointment prior to the dateAt a later date she booked an appointment online for August **, This date puts her last appointment over weeks agoThis is well out of the range for a refill appointmentThis also means that the time and afford going into the appointment will be quantitively more than the refill priceAlso, factor that the service is expected at the already reduced *** rate which had expired. All this being the case, I still honored *** *** *** *** and only additional charged her the difference for my time and workAfter a long verbal disputed and me displaying proof of Nana-Bella policy; she finally paid me the difference.Although I am grateful for *** *** *** business; I can't afford to give away servicesHer claims aren't geared towards the work that was preformedHer claims are aimed at a sale pricing that she missed out on due to her canceling of her appointmentWhile I try to create a relaxing environment at Nana-Bella for my clients, I can not do so in their personal life'sI am not responsible for missed or canceled appointments• I read the above statement

The client received a service and had to pay. The client purchased a [redacted] with includes a full set and two fill. When the client came in for the full set I mention that she must come back every two weeks for the fills. She came in two weeks after for her fill and booked her next fill two weeks later, knowing the policy. She calls to cancel the appointment that 2 week appointment, then client comes in 4 weeks later. my policy is that if you come after 4 weeks its considered a full set.  We accommodated the value of her voucher and she paid the difference. She came in after 4 weeks which is consider a full set, weather you have lashes or not. She left satisfied with her service.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I will reiterate that I did not purchase anything via her website so the rules she has there would not apply to something I bought off of [redacted] which had their own rules. I am not disputing the fact that she did the work and that she did a good job. My dispute is with the rules she is trying to impose on a [redacted]. [redacted] also agreed the rules she was trying to force were NOT on the [redacted] that I purchased. To impose rules and additional fees AFTER a service is rendered is not how business works. To start off a reply about supporting your 2 yr old daughter to get sympathy is ridiculous. I too have a small child, but I'm not going to impose my financial difficulties on a customer in hopes that my unethical actions be forgiven or disregarded. It's  difficult for us all to raise a child today and to go for a service which you thought you had previously paid for to be charged triple that is unacceptable. Yes I did book online, but no where does it say I have to go and read additional rules on her website or I lose my [redacted]. I also should point out that when I did go for my first 2 week fill she replaced 5 eyelashes, yes 5 which we all know was a waste of time since 95% of the lashes were still in tact. Why would I go again in 2 weeks? I made the appt for when I needed a fill. I had almost 1/2 my lashes still on me (which is normal for a fill) so she spent 40 min's on a fill which is Normal. I've been getting my eyelashes done on and off for years and most were via [redacted] and not one has ever tried to charge me for a full set minus the [redacted] value. That is not fair business. Then to say you make nothing off a [redacted] and have to get paid for your service....sounds a little sketchy and one would think you had intended all along to get extra money off of your [redacted]  customers. Again I will reiterate that the rules she is imposing are NOT anywhere on the [redacted] or the [redacted]s site so I will once again ask for my refund. Had there been any additional costs they should have been mentioned upfront and at that point I could have made the decision to  ove forward or cancel the appt. She threatened to call the cops on me in front of other customers, was holding my debit card for almost 10 minutes threatening cops when I did nothing wrong. I had paid her $8 tip for the 40 min and she wanted $55 more that she was not entitled to and someone like myself with no criminal history had no choice to pay to avoid any situations with the law. I only paid knowing I could file a complaint and dispute charge with Revdex.com, my bank and [redacted] so I could get out of there, not  because she was due the money. I would appreciate my money back as she is not entitled to it.
