At this time, I have not been contacted by Davis Communications  regarding...

complaint ID [redacted]. All his phone numbers are disconnected now and he no longer responds to my emails. I went to his place of business May 2 with police and Mr Davis stated to police that he would be mailing me a certified check for a full refund of the $630 he owes me but he never did. I received a money order for $150 from Davis Communications a week later which was not the full refund. Mr Davis is abusing the laws of a business owner and since I contacted Revdex.com, the Attorney Generals office and police Mr Davis is now playing games and dangling my money in my face basically taunghting me about refunding my money. He knows I don't have financial means to file a case as of yet do he's just abusing the situation. I paid for a service(web design) February 2 in the amount of $630. It is now May 23 and I have not heard from Mr Davis nor has he done any work for me. This is theft. I am still owed $480. I am Also going to sue this company civilly because he ruined my business. I lost customers because my site was never completed when Mr Davis told me he would have my site completed in 2-3 weeks. Please send this complaint to the highest level it can go because businesses should not be allowed to market or advertise a service via the public if they are just going to steal your money and never provide the service. Davis communications has broken the law. Please help me.
