Refunding
I gave them 200 dollars holding fee to a apartment that isn't ready til August 1st I've been accepted to a mileage program they housing resources that helps me for a year I did NOT sign any papers for *** I called to get my money order back and they told me I had to wait 30 days bc they already sent it to the bank and I need it to move now bc I'm homeless and I'm able to move to another apartment
I just want my money bank before a month because it only took 2 second to them it to them
I spoke with *** on June 25, 2019. since she did not pay the holding fee in person we had no signed documentation of her understanding it was non refundable. When I spoke to her on June 25, 2019 I told her we would process her refund immediately and that she would receive it back within the next 30 days. We had already deposited her holding fee so our corporate office would have to be send a check for the refund. I emailed our accounting department when I got off the phone with her, and they processed it immediately.

I don't accept it bc I'm now homeless w/ 3 kids bc I was short 193 of being able to move in my new home yet on July 3rd I still haven't received

I have filed a complaint with you guys abt a mo th ago for this same problem I paid a holding fee to *** in june the end of june I notified them that I didnt need the apt bc I didnt sign any papers they said the holding fee is refundable they also told me it would take up to 30 days which was until july 25th 2019 *** emailed me and said a check was sent out july 10th that I didnt recieved it is now aug 2 2019 and still have not recieved my money back ive called and left messages with both her and *** at the corporate office for over a month and still have not either got a call back I was counting on this mmoney ive been so fustrated with this I CANT wait any longer for them to give me something that is mo e
Consumer received her refund. She picked it up in person. We consider this matter closed & resolved.
During an urgent situation with my loved one who was homeless, Raeann of Davis Creek Apartments has been a godsend.
