To whom it may concern, I have received copy of complaint from [redacted] which makes no sense what so ever .I have Automobile wholesale operation for approximately 36 years and also know [redacted] for 15 years.I normally do not sell car to ordinary people due to whole sale operation but...

sometimes we will engage for people we know or work with.That's how we know [redacted] with her mother's recommendation to sale her a car cheap as possible due to her financial situation.During my friendship with [redacted] I have sold her 10 cars & she would testify in court of law which been treated by me or my staff like gold.I have been trying to bring her to my office in last 3 month thru calling, letter, calling her morn to tell her to call me.She has twice made appointments to bring her payment receipts to go over her account in, if she has finished her payments, we will give her clear title and If not finished according to our contracts, she can pay off ?As of today she refuse to come here with her receipts and she has a very bad payment habits. She has moved several times and also changed her phone number without notifying our office.Now lets talk about her allegations1- how can someone take inspection sticker from one car then transfer to another?If you removed sticker from windshield, It will comes apart & turn to pieces ?I have an Authorized Inspection facility in Cross lane WV in last 14 years & we never been involved in any illegal activity which resulted in suspension of operation.You are more than welcome to contact WV state police at [redacted] to make sure I am not lying.2- Every time she bought car from us, we provided her with 30 days warranty which I give to every car I sell, if she has issue with her car after 9 month which purchased for $ 1500.00, that's totally her problem?Last time she had issue with her car was due to using cheap bio fuel (85%) which not recommended for type car she is driving . In order to save money she is destroying her automobile and blame it on me.3- She ranted about other people in complaint which has no bearing about her refusing to pay for agreed contract. 4- all she has to do is to bring all the car payments which she made up to now & we check if car is been paid for?
