Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowOn the date that the $offer was made I did indeed see the shirt on the Men's Warehouse website for $but they did not have the shirt in my size on that date (slim fit, 34/35) I've looked on the website again today and they still do not have my size in that exact shirt The closest shirt in my size is $(the sale is off) and I will settle for that much in cash As mentioned previously, my shirt that Sun Ray Cleaners ruined and then tried to cover up by stitching up the rip, was practically brand new as I had only worn it two or three timesI don't have the receipt but I know I paid about $for the shirt at the Men's Warehouse here in Columbus Please also keep in mind that this was the third shirt that they ripped in just a few months The right thing for Sun Ray Cleaners to do is to replace my shirt or provide me with the correct amount of cash so that I can replace it Regards, [redacted]
