Purchased a piece of property with a condemned house on it and needed to have it and two other structures removed. Contacted several contractors from the phone book. The estimate from Adam D[redacted] was very reasonable and decided to use his services. I was very pleased with his work and cost of the project. He had the equipment and the experience and completed the job in a timely manner. I have another project in the works to extend the public water and sewer lines to this piece of property and I have included Adam on the proposed list of bidders and hopefully he will come in with a good price because I would like to work with him again.

Davis Demolition did a terrific job removing a large concrete utility pipe from my yard. The pipe was huge and partially buried. I couldn't find a construction waste removal contractor who had the equipment to remove the pipe due to its size. I called Davis Demolition after I found them online. They came to my house and gave me a free estimate. They removed the pipe, smoothed out my yard, and gave me a great price for the service. They were extremely professional, polite, and efficient. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Davis Demolition tore down my house and did a very nice job. It only took two days for the whole job. My neighbors houses were only 3 feet and 4 feet away on either side or mine. There was minimal damage to their houses from the demolition but it was taken care of to their satisfaction.
