Responding to your letter that was sent to Sheets CJD concerning ID [redacted] Customer brought vehicle into dealership on 11-2-for an oil change, tire rotation, wv sticker, recall and to update radioEverything was performed and updated radio free of charge and had to put a rejection sticker on vehicle due to RR tire and rear brakes below minimum state requirements.Cust called back stating that cigarette port is no longer working and that it was before they had it in the shopWe advised customer to bring vehicle back and we would be more than glad to check it out and see what was wrong.Thank you,SERVICE DIRECTORSHEETS CJD

In reference to [redacted] complaint(s) concerning her GMC Terrain bearing V [redacted] We are sorry that [redacted] has experienced any problems with her automobileIf she would like to contact myself at [redacted] I would be happy to talk to her about any problems she still may be experiencing

On October 5th, [redacted] came to the dealership demanding that Sheets Chrysler Jeep Dodge, LLC replace the tires on her Dodge Ram that had approximately 24,miles on itI informed [redacted] *** that the tires on the vehicle were warrantied by the tire manufacturer (as stated in the warranty information provided by [redacted] the parent company of Dodge Ram) [redacted] was adamant that they had only owned the vehicle for one year and two months rather than considering that they had put 24,miles on the vehicle in that short time period.I did inform her that it is not unusual at all that tires may need to be replaced at 24,milesFurthermore, I informed Ms [redacted] that Sheets Chrysler Jeep Dodge, LLC had no control over what brand of tires the manufacturer puts on any new vehicleI, at no time, treated Ms [redacted] as a "stupid" female as per her statement provided to the Revdex.comMs [redacted] became very boisterous, loud, and belligerent after being informed that I would not replace her tires at the dealerships expenseIf Ms [redacted] would still like to be contacted by the manufactures warranty administrator I will gladly make those arrangements for herPlease feel free at any time to contact me at the above address or at [redacted] .Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear Sir or Madam: We are very saddened tha* *** *** *** *** have experienced difficulties with their Jeep CherokeeTheir vehicle was brought to the dealership on August 27th and we put them in an enterprise rental vehicle (at no charge to them) on August 29th We have since followed
