My name is Matt D[redacted]. I am the C.O.O at Davis Drug pharmacy in Caldwell, Ohio. I just received a fax from the Revdex.com canton office about a complaint issued in behalf of [redacted]. To be totally honest I was unaware of any issues pertaining to the reimbursement for the lift mechanism by Medicare....

The salesperson stated in the letter, Beau V[redacted], was relieved of his duties with our company nearly two years ago so that may be where communication on the topic has broken down. I have started the process to find out what would have happened to halt the status of that reimbursement, and will be in touch with the [redacted]s once we have pinpointed the issue. As far as the Warranty of the chair I will happily put Mr. [redacted] in touch with the company that manufactured the chair to see if there are any ways to have it refunded or replaced.
