never do business with the credit of texasit is next to impossible to make a payment online I have done business with texans cu, usaa cu, eecu and did not bank with them directly and was able to make my very first payment to them online in just a few clicks
whats even worse is once you get a loan (home equity) you cannot sign up for at least days once that time has passed, you have to go thru this entire online registration which is not user friendly and after all that you still can't make a payment for 24-48hrsyou then have to log back in and verify their small deposit amount into your checking acct before you can make a payment
their "supposed" new website is awful and I cannot believe how long the process takes to get set up and to make a freaking payment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I urge everyone to choose another credit union if you like paying online

Poor service. Closed in July, did not receive a payment booklet until October, and only after calling 3 times to check on the status of our payment book. Once received, only 1 payment coupon was inside. The rest of the coupons were blank. They only order coupon books on tuesdays, and they only mail them out on Fridays, was their reason for the delay.

For the past year I received unnecessary late fees from Central Mortgage Company and it cuased
mu credit score to drop. Last week I sent a mortgage payment thru Certified Mail on October 11th
and my post office said that they should received within three days. Then on October 15th I checked
online and it said payment received. Then yesterday I received a letter stating that my payment was
late and I was charged with a late fee of $54.72 which I think is not fair. Usually with Certified Mail
no one can't get the mortgage payment unless it is signed off from a supervisor. I never received
the receipt back from Central Mortgage Company and I feel there's a lot of deception going on. I
want the late fee removed from my record, because I sent the payment on time thru Certified Mail.
