is not a response. This is a simply a refusal to respond. Dr Charles H. Davis D.O. is responsible for the actions of his employees. For 25 years, Davis Eye Center has been delivering top quality patient care. We offer free LASIK exams to screen candidates. If we discover a medical issue during an exam, we feel a responsibility to the patient to correctly assess, diagnose, and educate regarding best treatment. A charge for a medical exam would then be incurred. We apologize if lack of communication took place and an unexpected charge occurred for services rendered.

Spoke with patient 4/28/15, he advised has received many reimbursement checks directly from his insurance over the number of years he has been subscriber. Advised him if insurance takes payment back from Davis Eye Center and reimburses...

patient directly that would resolve situation. Patient was agreeable and understood out policy, conference call with rep from insurance occurred later the same day. Insurance will be reimbursing patient directly. Spoke with patient 5/5/15 after receiving complaint from Revdex.com, he is satisfied with resolution, requested he withdraw complaint from Revdex.com in light of resolution and he stated he would withdraw complaint.
