Review: I have tried countless efforts to contact the financial office to resolve conflicts with my bill and no on returns my calls. When my call was finally returned they could not explain why my payments were not accurately reflecting my remaining charges on my statement. In addition I would receive a new statement after making a payment and the charges would be increased instead of decreased which is what I would expect when making payments towards a bill. When I made the financial clerk aware of this fact she indicated that she would call me back after she evaluated a little further. I never did receive a phone call back, and other $200 was payment was taken and a new bill was sent after 2 months of not receiving anything (not even a phone call). I have made 3 payments 1) for $100 in march, 2) or $200 in May and 3) for $200 in July. My original balance was $1450 so that should bring my new balance down to $950 however my current bill reflects $1117.50 and again doesnt reflect all my previous payments made. I am frustrated and would like to get this resolved so that my husband and I can continue using IVF treatment. NOTE: that we cannot continue service with an outstanding bill. Also note that and annual cryo storage free will be again tacked on which will make it again impossible for us to continue if we cannot get this resolve soon.Desired Settlement: Reflect the payments we have made on our statement and adjust our payments to the correct amount left due.
