In response to the complaint from Mr. [redacted], we reviewed the advertisements in question and the majority of the trucks are still here to this day. I don't believe that a salesman would say that they are all sold. Our Finance Manager believes...
that he spoke with Mr. [redacted] about one of the trucks that was already sold. It would not be beneficial to our business to run advertisements of vehicles that we do not have. It was never our intention to mis-lead anyone, nor do we believe that we did so. I apologize for any confusion in the matter.

I asked about a truck on the lot and it was over $10,000, that is when my wife asked about the trucks in the sale ad. The sales rep told my wife and I that all the trucks were sold! We did not talk to a finance manager as we had cash to purchase a truck. We ask to speak to the sales manager and we were told that he was off on that Thursday.
