[redacted] called us to get a free estimate on her basement windowWe came out to her house at [redacted] to get the dimensions [redacted] (the owner) gave a quote of $to [redacted] on 8/2/She gave us the go ahead to order the window on the same day [redacted] told her it would be about three weeks to receive itEvery single window we order is a custom orderMost people have enough common sense to realize thisWe ordered her window on 8/4/from [redacted] Window [redacted] called a couple of times checking on the window so I called [redacted] Window to get the ship dateThey told me it would be right after Labor DayShe called back and talked to [redacted] and told her she wanted to cancelI called her back and told her she couldn't cancel because it had already been orderedWell the window was delivered earlier than the date [redacted] gave meIt arrived at our shop 8/25/SO I called [redacted] on 8/26/16, 8/29/16, and 8/31/and left messages that her window was in and when can we install itShe wouldn't return my call so I sent her a billSo Robbie called me back and told me they went elsewhere and we can send the window back (which of course is impossible)He was not "yelled" at in any way shape or formI simply stated to him that they ordered the window and they owe for itI did bill them for the labor too which they don't actually owe since we didn't install itBut they do owe us $for the actual window and they can pick it up at our shop any time after payment is made If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me Sincerely, [redacted] Glass Co., Inc

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] @ [redacted] glass did the estimate and then stated to contact office regarding shipping and ordering so Mr. [redacted] did not in fact state to us the exact shipping details during the estimate. She also is lying about when the bill was sent. It  was sent after she spoke with the owner of the house [redacted] and he stated to her this was cancelled with [redacted].  She never once notified me verbally or in writing that we couldn't cancel the order before services were rendered.  We had complete flooding due to this window and this was explained to [redacted] why we chose a company that had the window immediately in stock noone told us we couldnt cancel this order or that it was a special order. This is not acceptable customer service. She first billed us for total amount stating services were rendered when they were not now is stating we owe different amount after complaint was filed with Revdex.com.  This order was verbally cancelled, no deposit nor written agreement was put in writing therefore we have the right as con[redacted]ers to cancel a order at anytime.

be about three weeks to receive it. Every single window we order is a custom order. Most people have enough common sense to realize this. We ordered her window on 8/4/16 from [redacted] Window.
