[redacted] Davis could not give me explanation for charging me an additional  $900 for labor on my porch. I am being gracious to forgive $400 & take as refund of $500 from him. He also needs to come  back and repair the screen that is tearing loose on the porch. I am dissatisfied with Davis...

because his arrogancy and poor service as well as his dishonesty for overcharging what he quoted. Not only did he overcharge me building the porch, he expected his workers to be paid a additional  $75 to assemble a few Items twice of which I did.
