Davis Hardwood Flooring

Problems from the beginning starting with not vacuuming out vents that blew garbage onto freshly polyurethaned floor. They very willingly screened it and refinished only to find not once but TWICE the finish resembled alligator hide. Finally resolved to strip, sand and refinish the entire floor, but never removed new shoe molding so now shoe mold is literally cemented to the floor. ( a night mare for any future refinish) Now the screened and resurfaced floor in the remainder of the house is peeling. After talking with the product supplier, this business owner is claiming that I "took the cheap way" rather that stripping and refinishing the floor - he recommended that I did not need to refinish..... I now live in this home ( the floors were done BEFORE WE MOVED IN, so I could minimize the inconvenience and mess) This guy is definitely one to steer clear of. what a mess in my beautiful, large, ALL hardwood home :(
