I had purchased a Lennox Heat Pump from Davis about 15 years ago which had preformed great for during that time period for both heating and air conditioning. The compressor failed during the first big heat wave of the season. The Davis Sales Engineer came to see us on a Saturday and presented many options for us to consider. We decided to go with a new unit due to the features and higher efficiency rather than fixing the old one. Davis was able to order the unit and get it installed in less than a week from the time that the Sales Engineer visited us. Everyone that I came in contact from Davis was great. This included the service dispatcher, service technician, office administrators, sales engineer, and the installation crew.
