In the last few month's Davis Hyundai has gone through a management changeDuring the process of new manager's going through their desks, *** *** *** *** deal and letter of complaint were discovered*** *** addressed his letter to MrGlenn Davis (of owners) and since MrDavis
does not keep an office in this store, it ended up on the previous GSM's deskUpon discovery the deal was given to the on site owner, Jim *** MrG*** reached out to *** *** but did not hear a responseI became Controller shortly afterMrG*** gave me the deal and letter and asked me to do some discovery to see if we can resolve the complaintI did research the matter myself online and met with both my Service and Parts managers to see if the issue could be resolvedApparently, the rear door Illuminated Door Scuff's the customer purchased are not availableThey are only available for the front doors of the vehicle and they had already been installed on the *** vehicleI became confused by the amount *** *** was requesting as reimbursementIt appeared to me that *** *** had inadvertently placed other items in his cart when he was doing his pricingI reached out to *** *** via phone on and left a voice message*** *** reached out to me this afternoon in response to my messageI explained where I thought the confusion was coming from and he understoodMrG*** agreed to reimburse *** * *** *** the cost they paid for the Illuminated Door Scuffs*** *** agreed to the settlementA check has been cut and goes out in tomorrow's mailI scanned a copy of the part pricing as well as a copy of the check to *** ***If you need anything further, please let me knowThank you

I am rejecting this response because: Davis Hyundai is not tell the truth about my dealMy payments are for months which is 4yrs at $which makes my balance 16,I checked my payments on *** and it has me making more payments at $per month which is 14,remaining but the balance *** has is 11,I don't understand by them my payments should be $per monthDavis mention they did work on my vehicle for free but how can they charge me for removing wheel locks form my car and they never gave me a wheel lock key to begin withThis shows how untruthful these guys areThey offered a copy of the contract but when I asked for it I was told that they don't keep contracts on site it's at their corporate officeThis is not a place that I would recommend anyone to do business withI will accept them taking all those extend warranty off the vehicle and giving me a copy of the transactions from them and conformation from *** to show that my balance reflex the change to my account.

As illustrated in our original response with the copy of the buyers order, [redacted] paid $14890 for the vehicle. He "elected" to purchase an extended service contract for $2700. The price of the vehicle including the "elected" additional items, taxes, fees and tags make the total purchase price 20137.95. [redacted] put a down payment $7100 and financed the remaining 13037.95 at 12.25%. To my knowledge the vehicle in question was not sold AS-IS and if there is a repair needed we would be glad to help, in fact we just did some work in our service department at no charge to [redacted] on 3/22/17. The warranty is cancellable as mentioned and explained in our first response. If I can be of further assistance, please feel free email me at [redacted]

[redacted] purchased a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe SUV on 9/15/16. The sales price was 14,890, [redacted] accepted the optional vehicle protection package for $195 and purchased a 3 year 36,000 mile service contract for $2700 that covered his powertrain. We can provide copies of signed paperwork, that itemize...

the prices and coverage. We understand that in an effort to explain all the paperwork and options available some coverage may be misinterpreted . I would be happy to provide more assistance for the repair bill mentioned in the complaint. the extended service contract is cancellable and the proceeds would be sent to the Bank to reduce the principal balance, however it does not reduce his payment. I am rejecting this response because: if the vehicel was $15,000 and I put $7,000 down that's $8,000 then you put the $2,700 for extended warranty and the $975 that bring my total $11,675. So why do I still owe $14,000 for a $15,000 vehicle. This was not an as is sale so they're telling me they so sold me a 2008 vehicle that they did no work repairs to and sold it for top market value. I feel shady business any way you size it up.   top market value. I put a lot of money down and as a customer l feel they took advantage of my lack of knowledge and
