Davis Investors charges $45 per person to run a background and credit screen on all prospective tenants.  This amount is to cover the cost of the service.  This applicant applied for himself, and a spouse, thus resulting in a total charge of $90. While we dispute the claims of unethical...

business practices and providing misleading feedback, Davis Investors is taking this opportunity to improve our processes and clarify this information through the online portal.  We are working to make this clear at both the point of entry, and the point of purchase during the online application process.  In the meantime, we are happy to credit this applicant his $90 to resolve this claim.  Management has attempted to contact him by phone to confirm the mailing address, to no avail.  A check has been mailed out on 11/12/2015 via certified mail to applicant at the addressed referenced in this case.
