To whom it may concern, My name is Lance P*** ,owner of Davis Lock and Safe, my company warranties all products we sell for days from date of purchaseAccording to this customer they purchasedtwo GM remotes from me and within one year, one of the remotes started to not function
properlyWhy their remote broke could be any number of things:moister, heat,hard impact etcif this customer would have brought this remote back to me within the ay warranty period and there was no sign of damage I would have been more than happy toguarantee this productI completely understand the frustration of the remote failing within a year but it is an electronic device that can fail and being that it worked for as long as it did I find it unlikely that it was a manufacture defectAs for my customer's experience with my employee, I apologize if there was anything said that was inappropriate or unprofessionalI was not present so I cannot attest to either side.
