Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below There was no resolution offered in the business' responseWhen the cashier and I both confronted the cook after dropping half of the 12incj chicken Philly he said that he dropped paper and not the foodBut why would you bend over to pick up paper off the dirty floor with the same gloves that you are using to prepare my foodI saw this cook drop the bread on the floor and lean over to pick it up, stuff the sandwich filling in it and then serve it to meThat was completely unsanitary.Even after being asked to remake the sandwich the cook kept wearing the same gloves that he had just picked items off of the floor with and I prepaid for my food at the time of the order and am not going to get into an argument with anyone in public Regards, [redacted] ***

This Davis market located at ( WGrace StRichmond Va ) Ms [redacted] ***, She came to the store On 3/15/and she ordered Chicken Philly with Fries its $come up with Tax $She claimed that the cook she dropped half of the bread on the floor and picked it up to severe it to hersince the kitchen is in the back end of the store and it hard to see the cook in that distance I had to make sure about what she claimed about I did ask the cook and he said that does not happened ! In the mean time I had to make the customer satisfied I did ask the cook to throw the old order and do another one again to make the customer comfortablethe customer agreed and took the food and left .thank you Davis market

Review: I ordered a 12 inch chicken philly and paid in advance, the cook who was preparing my food dropped half of the sub on the floor and then filled it with the meat off the grill and attempted to serve it to me.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my $15.17 order.
