I have chosen to reject due to concerns that I will not be satisfied with the results based on the business' last response The person who shook my hand after the job was completed told me if I had any issues to call himI did and when they failed to show up or return calls, I lost faithNow I"m being asked to sign off on something that may or may not work? I understand that my driveway is a unique situation and not simply a flat driveway that meets the road I worked hard to save for thisIf you are not comfortable with making this right, please refund my money and I will find someone who will do the job and guarantee itYou said in your response that you would call me this week, but I have not heard from youIn fact, I haven't been able to contact you since July 22, after my driveway was finished until October when I received your responseAt this point, although you said you would come out and fix my driveway, I am very concerned about the tone of the response and the implication that completing the work as we had originally agreed will make our driveway unusable or in some way damage our vehicles

This is a response to the letter that we received in regards to customer Russ Lozefski!I read the complaint along with the complaint from the attorney general as well! I will be getting in touch with the customer and the road commissioner to meet up at the driveway and go over what we
originally discussed before doing the driveway! I informed the customer that it did need a culvert because the pitch in the driveway compared to the road with cause a steep increase that may cause the customers vehicle to bottom out if we put a deeper swale at the entrance! At this point I will meet with both the customer and the commissionerI will do what the customer wants even if its not what I believe to be what is best for the customer! I will also have the road commissioner sign off on what he believes should be done! If both of the parties agree on a solution to the entrance of the driveway I will fix the entrance accordingly! It is against my better judgement to do this as the vehicle will not be able to make it out of the driveway! The swale they are inquiring about is deeper than should be done! I proposed a small culvert which the town has done away with! This was the best option! I will schedule an appointment this week and have the customer sign off what he wants along with the commissioner. As I stated this is against my professional opinion and experience to fix this apron the way they are both requesting but I will do it and hope that this makes them happy and I will not be responsible any further or responsible for any damages done to the customers vehicle while they exit or enter the driveway!

Revdex.com,I am not sure what Mr*** finds as not getting a satisfactory answer? I never said I would not fix the apron to his satisfaction! I am just stating the fact that the road commissioner and the customer need to be there to agree upon a satisfactory outcome for the driveway apron! Which I am willing to do! If the response is something that I do not agree upon but the customer and road commissioner feel will be the best, I will do that! I am only asking for them to sign a contract that they first off agree to the terms of acceptance and than sign when the apron is complete that the work is done to his satisfaction! I do want the customer happy! I feel that my knowledge of 23+ years was utilized for the apron situation! If the customer feels differently I am willing to fix the apron to his satisfaction and ask that he sign the contract that will allow me to fix it and also have the road commissioner there start to finish! Than everyone can be happy!?

This email is in regards to complaint #***I apologize for the delay in the response to the following complaint.? My name is *** and I am ***s wife.? I was wondering if Ms*** would be willing to meet with me personally at her home in the spring of in order? for me to
address the issues in this complaint?? Being seasonal, this time of year the asphalt plants are closed and if a solution is discussed and agreed upon there is no way to fix it until next spring when the asphalt plants are open and the road postings are off.It will give you another winter to use the driveway as well. Also, *** has been busy visiting his dad as he has stage lung cancer and is no longer taking treatments.? This will allow him time to be with and help? his father in Northern Maine.? I would appreciate that very much.I will leave you my personal cell number to call and set something up around April if that is okay? I will meet with you about your concerns and at that time go over a possible solution.? At this time if we discuss and agree upon a remedy I will schedule you in with a date (weather permitting) of course.I look forward to hearing from you.*** ***

I have chosen to reject due to concerns that I will not be satisfied with the results based on the business' last response.  The person who shook my hand after the job was completed told me if I had any issues to call him. I did and when they failed to show up or return calls, I lost faith. Now I"m being asked to sign off on something that may or may not work? I understand that my driveway is a unique situation and not simply a flat driveway that meets the road.  I worked hard to save for this. If you are not comfortable with making this right, please refund my money and I will find someone who will do the job and guarantee it. You said in your response that you would call me this week, but I have not heard from you. In fact, I haven't been able to contact you since July 22, after my driveway was finished until October 11 when I received your response. At this point, although you said you would come out and fix my driveway, I am very concerned about the tone of the response and the implication that completing the work as we had originally agreed will make our driveway unusable or in some way damage our vehicles.
