Davis Paving

I hired Davis Paving to resurface my driveway and an apartment parking area I own at a total cost of nearly $38K with the explicit understanding that it would last and drain properly, only to have neither of these expectations met. Cracks started forming and grass started growing through the pavement less than 2 months after the job was done. I also have 2 areas that hold water the size of a dump trucks with every rain. They constantly bragged how "this will be better than the Walmart parking lot", but that is definitely not what I ended up with. Jeff D acknowledged himself that "they should have done better" and "they'll make it right", but that has yet to happen. It's been over the last 18 months and nearly a dozen attempts to get these issues resolved to no avail. The old adage of "BUYER BEWARE" truly applies to this unlicensed paving contractor because I'm still waiting for Davis Pavings to do the right thing and fix their already admitted mistakes!
