I'm years old and have bought many vehicles from dealersI am so impressed with this dealer that this is my first review everThe sales and finance staff was fantasticThey catered to the needs I had to fix me up with the truck that matched the job I needed it to doThey were prompt to address the issues I had with a couple things with itThis is how a dealer should do businessYou are a friend at this dealership and not some shmoe off the streetI will recommend to allA+, class act

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below While we appreciate the reply from [redacted] we would like to point out several untruths in their letter I was never informed about the truck's history with having problems until my wife spoke with the salesman in May of At that time, [redacted] told her that he had informed us that the truck's previous owner had problems with the truck engine light coming on that he tried to have fixed at several different dealerships When my wife came with me to view the truck, we both AGAIN reiterated that we are aware of the diesel issues and that is why we were only interested if it had the EGR deleteThis was discussed at length with the salesmanAt that time, assured it met the qualifications we were looking for, I decided to purchase the truck When my wife came in person to see the manager in February, she was seated in the show room and, after hearing our problem, was told there was pretty much nothing that could be done but that she, the manager, was sympatheticIt was laughingly mentioned by the manager, at the conclusion of the conversation, that maybe my wife should convince me to come out and trade it in on one of the [redacted] trucksShe stated they are better equipped to handle [redacted] repairs in their service departmentShe said maybe she give us a little better price than usual if we didFirst, have always driven [redacted] vehicles and aren't interested in a [redacted] truck and secondly, this was mentioned in an off hand manner after she and the manager finished talking and was not offered as a resolution to our problem but rather another sales opportunity for them in which we would come out on the losing end financially When my wife contacted [redacted] in May, there was no offer of a trade in of equal value or, for that matter, any other discussionThe only thing stated was that he had contacted the owners, that we waited too long that he and the owners were in agreement that there was nothing to be done We have absolutely no interest in dealing with a business that continues to speak in mistruths and use word play There has been absolutely no genuine effort on the part of the business to work with us other than to brush us off in hopes we will go away like the truck they managed to offload on who, I'm assuming, they thought would be unsuspecting customers Together, my wife and I thoroughly research any purchase we consider making, costly or notWe had bypassed many diesel trucks due to the EGR delete not being completed over the several months spend looking for the right truck after selling our dieselWe KNEW we would only buy the if it had the EGR delete The simple fact remains that the salesperson outright liedHe might say he does not recall telling us the EGR delete was done but WE clearly remember the discussion in which we assured us it had been doneWe would not be in this position if he had, as we wouldn't have purchased the truckWe both were very explicit in detailing our knowledge of the issues and the fact that we would only purchase it with the delete had been completed We feel our request for resolution is fairThe truck has over $7,worth the repairs and upgrades since purchase and has seen very little mileage due to our inability to use it, as it hasn't run most of the past months! My wife and I are amazed and, at the same time, appalled that this business would support such unethical business practicesWe understand they have been in business over years but, at this point, wonder if it was due not to honesty and trust worthiness, but perhaps the fact they weren't caught/ or previous salespeople were more ethical over the past yearsor that another customer was wronged and just didn't have the wherewithal to fight/ or this is just a first for themEither way, we feel if we hadn't filed a complaint with the Revdex.com we wouldn't even be getting the response we receivedFiling this complaint is a first for the both of us and not something we take lightlyIt was only after much discussion with each other and allowing the dealership the opportunity to offer a resolution that is fair and reasonable, did not decide to take this stepThis is not about trying to cause an uneven keel for the dealership but to give them a chance to do right by their customerWe are not asking to be put back in the position we were prior to this debacle as, even with the requested resolution, our family is taking a financial loss from the interest paid on the loan over the last months on top of the over $7,cash out of our savings that was slated for other expenditures We take purchasing a vehicle seriouslyWe are not in the habit of buying new/newer vehicles every few yearsMy wife has had her [redacted] for over years and I, my previous truck for over yearsThe only reason we sold it was due to our move from AZWe realized the need for a truck with four-wheel drive, which our truck at this time did not have Regards, [redacted]
