The replaced pieces on inside were from NEW [redacted] pieces; they don't make the oldI had insides replaced by a pool company store and watched as they did itTuesday morning when I left for work, the pool vacuum was working/pool was clean with no issues/no signs of poor performanceNot sure how Davis Pool was going to get a warranty replacement for vacuum parts that are being used anymore and for that matter I never purchased the vacuum from them in the first placeI purchased the vacuum before I hired Davis Pools to clean/maintain my poolAlso, it took my call, my questioning months before regarding a 'checklist' that the pool cleaner could sign/initial on motor control boxNo identifying initials or proof that he was cleaning my pool every week which was suspectUntil I called office and requested, the gal said "we always have one there." In a nutshell, communication and professionalism poor; very poor

We are a [redacted] warranty station...we can warranty for anyone that brings us a [redacted] product...also the parts that were put in by the other pool company we saw were NEW parts for that vacuum but the small blue piece that we did replace is still used for that replacement kit Again, she was never going to be charged for the parts or the laborAlso in reference to the cleaner sign in sheet it has always been in the timer box showing the day the cleaner came with a brief explanation of work preformedOnce again, we are sorry for the misunderstanding or miscommunication

This is not true at all except that our cleaner did take the vacuum in for possible questions on why it was not working when he got thereHe also while in the field tried to check it for clogs of leaves but found nothing. A message was left on Amy's voice mail that we had the
vacuum the very next morning...she did not respond until a day after that saying she listened to the message. And yes a small blue plastic piece was missing also missing bottom base screws and Bruce replaced those missing parts before returning it which then would have made it work. The other pieces she was told would be under warranty because she said she just had them replaced at another company not too long ago. We even called our *** Representative and he delivered the parts that were needed. Amy's boyfriend then called and was very abrupt and rude with the secretary that was trying to explain things to him. Amy has been our customer for over years with no incidents ever...no green pool...no complaints why she thinks this now is beyond us...We have always given her the best of our service and we are an honest company. We are sorry she has turned to this measure but her statement is far from what happened. In fact several messages had been left for Amy on her voicemail with no response from her. Our cleaners and we do not benefit from a broken vacuum...they are given no money out of it if it needs repairs and only parts are charged...no labor fee for usSo we would benefit from taking her pool vacuum. We would have been replaced all the warranty parts free of charge for her if she had not demand it be returned before Bruce could have repaired it

The replaced pieces on inside were from NEW [redacted] pieces; they don't make the old. I had insides replaced by a pool company store and watched as they did it. Tuesday morning when I left for work, the pool vacuum was working/pool was clean with no issues/no signs of poor performance. Not sure how Davis Pool was going to get a warranty replacement for vacuum parts that are being used anymore and for that matter I never purchased the vacuum from them in the first place. I purchased the vacuum before I hired Davis Pools to clean/maintain my pool. Also, it took my call, my questioning months before regarding a 'checklist' that the pool cleaner could sign/initial on motor control box. No identifying initials or proof that he was cleaning my pool every week which was suspect. Until I called office and requested, the gal said "we always have one there." In a nutshell, communication and professionalism poor; very poor.

Davis Pool is the best and most knowledgeable staff around the Phoenix area. I have worked with them for over 5 yrs, and never have had any type of problem. They are courteous and professional.
