Approximately two weeks ago I contacted Aardvark to rent 8 folding chairs for April 25, 2015. I called the company at 2:00 on April 24 to advise I would no longer need to rent the chairs. The man was very rude and unprofessional. He screamed at me that I was keeping him from renting the chairs for the weekend. He further stated they had sent me an email to inform me that if I cancelled the rental they would keep my money. I told him I had not received an email like that. I asked him if in his entire warehouse he only had those 8 folding chairs to rent out. He hung up on me. I was very angry. I called him back and told him to keep the blood money. Later on I was rethinking his unprofessionalism and mean attitude toward me. I decided I have had enough of rude nasty sales people. When the $13.68 appeared on my bank withdrawal I called my bank, explained the situation and that I had never received the services for which I had been charged. They are refunding my money.
